We love the sea and nature! Therefore we have decided to offer this holiday home for rent directly at the sea, on the beautiful Costa Blanca with its long white beaches.
Our domicile is 250m from the sea in La Marina de Elche.
It is very important to us to give our guests an honest assessment of the property, and to ensure them a good service around the property in your holiday time.
Cleanliness and quality are important characteristics for us.
You can be picked up from the airport if you wish and there is always an emergency call.

How it all began
In the beginning there was the sun...
We were looking for a beautiful place in the sun, where nature was still untouched and the sea was not far away.
The climate also played a major role in our search for our vacation property. It had to be neither too hot in the summer nor too cold in the winter.
After more detailed research, we came across the region near Alicante in southeastern Spain, which is said to have the best climate in Europe.
Now we need to find a suitable property.
We were fortunate that the new development in El Pinet - La Marina - Elche was still in its early stages of construction. This allowed us to influence the construction of our beautiful holiday home.
A fireplace was needed in addition to the "standard construction," and we were able to influence some other amenities, such as the tile color, showers, and bathroom tiles.
We created our "heart project" in 2019 and haven't been disappointed yet. We experience the area anew every time we visit, and when we have to return to Germany for work, we rent out this wonderful villa!

The holiday home will be handed over to you by a service representative appointed by us. The most important details will be discussed and the key will be handed over.
